Anna-Lise Marie Hearn (she/her) is a British-Norwegian dance and movement specialist and artist based between Oslo, Berlin and London. She works closely with the dance and creative industries and her experience varies from choreography to movement directing and artist coaching.
Movement improvisation and composition is an important part of Anna-Lise’s creative process. She uses it as a way of opening up the body, taking up space and energising the body. By realising your own body’s movement and potential, you can connect to it in new ways and discover different sensations.
Anna-Lise supports personal, professional and artistic development while creating a safe, stimulating environment for individuals to reach their full potential through movement.
