I created the Home Retreat because I kept seeing the same thing: people wanting to make a change in their health and lives, but not knowing where to start, or how to stay consistent.

This 8-week journey brings together the structure, support, and community we all need to truly shift. It’s grown over five years of listening deeply to our participants and refining what works.

  • The program requires about 2-3 hours per week, including a 60-minute live session and personal practice time. All sessions are recorded if you can't attend live.

  • All sessions are recorded and available within 24 hours. You'll still get full value from the program and can submit questions beforehand.

  • Absolutely! The program is designed to meet you where you are, whether you're just starting your wellness journey or looking to deepen your existing practice.

  • You'll have access to weekly group coaching, a private community platform, WhatsApp support, and direct access to our team of experts.

  • You'll maintain lifetime access to our platform, resources, and community. Plus, you'll get special alumni rates on future programs and 1:1 coaching.

  • We’re a community and we want everyone to reap the benefits of our work. If you cannot afford to become a member, please do not stress. We offer scholarships for a limited time for those experiencing financial hardship or job loss.
