Anastasia is a firm believer that human capital is the driving force behind every business and that without happy employees businesses are doomed to fail. She is an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with 10 years of experience in recruiting top talent for the EMEA region across different sectors and supporting growing companies as they expand their businesses across borders and into new markets through recruitment and HR department setups. She studied at McGill University and Université de Montréal and holds an MBA from IE Business School. Fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Arabic. She has lived in Riyadh, Montréal and Beirut and for the past 6 years in Madrid.
Since 2017, she has been a remote work advocate and published “Work Remotely” under the Penguin Business Experts Series in 2021.
Anastasia lectures at Geneva Business School: “Work remotely: Succeeding in the new workplace” since September 2020 and “HR Management” since March 2021.
She is a mom of two, a plant aficionado and loves her essential oils.
