4 week grounded home retreat

This online retreat experience mixes meditation, mindfulness, movement, journaling, breathwork and sharing circles. Facilitator Johanna Melchiorre leads the month-long retreat and starts every week with a grounding meditation to set you up for the day ahead. You’ll receive a bi-weekly self-care newsletter in addition to Johanna’s series of live sessions during the week. 

Johanna will lead conversations around topics of compassion, connection and purpose. Through group sharing circles, you can connect in real time, discuss your experiences and ask any questions. You’ll move through a journey of self discovery, reducing stress and committing to yourself.

Johanna Melchiorre

Johanna Melchiorre is a Holistic Life Coach & MindBody Practitioner based in Berlin. Born in France, she worked as a brand and marketing specialist before delving into the wellness world. Her own journey of self-discovery led her to a career in holistic health where she now devotes herself to helping others live happier and more peaceful lives.

Using her expertise and personal experiences, Johanna aims to help others transform their busy lives by teaching them the fundamentals of stress and reducing their stress levels through mindfulness.
