We need others in our life no matter how independent we feel we are. Connections with other people can reduce stress, anxiety and loneliness, while enhancing our self-esteem and immunity. Johanna Melchiorre invites you to embark on a transformative journey centred around relationships in this 90 minute workshop.
As a mindfulness and stress management coach, Johanna explores the significance of nurturing connections with both yourself and others. Discover different communication styles, how to build trust and nonviolent communication principles. The online class goes beyond concepts and offers a safe and supportive space for self-exploration, with exercises to deepen self-awareness. Through the principles of mindfulness, you will gain practical insights and skills to cultivate meaningful relationships in your everyday life.
