Inner spaces.

With Orsola Carraro
Hatha Yoga & Pranayama Teacher

This is a beautiful session to explore the body and space. A space for intuitive learning and personal discovery.

The virtual workshop begins with a guided meditation through the breathing and digestive system. You will be guided by Orsola to use the elements of earth, water, fire and air to support your journey. This occurs through the solidity of the body, the air you breathe, transformation processes and fluidity of your system.

Orsola will initiate a breathing practice to help you find new awareness of the body-space and learn how to navigate nervous system states. You’ll discover how to tap into your inner spaces and utilise your internal resources.

In order to make well-rounded choices we need the proper tools to explore our bodies. This session provides you with those tools with the support of movement, breathing and visualisation, so you can navigate the full potential of the body.

Open to all levels and experiences.
