A new outlook on health

The Home Retreat is a 12 week programme that empowers you to take a holistic approach to health. A new topic is set each week and is accompanied by a workbook for members to complete prior to the live group meeting. There will be advice and guidance on how to achieve a healthy mindset as well as powerful techniques that slot into your daily routine.

A personal support system

The retreat offers a safe space for you to share your journey to health with other likeminded people. You’ll develop deep connections with those on a similar path. Your facilitator will lead the group sessions and provide guidance throughout. Notice your improved confidence as the members celebrate your steps to success.

A higher likelihood of reaching goals

Being part of a group results in less procrastination and more accomplishments. While you are on a very personal and meaningful journey, you will be on it with the support of a loving group. Members will have access to a forum to chat at any time, ask for advice or provide tips.

  • A custom pdf workbook with many exercises relating to each theme.

  • A grounding meditation every Tuesday to set you up for the week.

  • Group discussions and a community forum to interact with your fellow members.

  • Replay recording of all group meetings in case you miss one.

Flavia Deuchler is a certified Holistic Health Coach who is passionate about empowering people to reach their fullest potential. She received her training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and the School for Applied Functional Medicine. Flavia acknowledges a person’s unique body, lifestyle, preferences and resources in helping them move towards their ideal vision of health. With her knowledge and expertise, she helps individuals create personalised actions to meet their goals.
