Guided movement improvisation.
With Anna-Lise Marie Hearn
Dance & Movement Coach
This session covers 4 main themes: touch, grounding, qualities and space. Anna-Lise will guide you through a 90 minute movement improvisation: a continuous journey of exploring movement and expression from and within the body. From the comfort of your own home, and simultaneously through a shared experience, you will dance, explore, play and connect with your body, opening up space for curiosity, presence and creativity.
Anna-Lise will create a supportive, encouraging and energising environment where participants (with or without dance experience) can explore personal creative expression and experience a reconnection with their bodies.
How often do we dedicate time and attention to our bodies? Listen to our bodies? Explore the creative and expressive potential of our bodies? This session encourages and guides participants to enter a state of embodiment through the joy of movement.
*Open to all levels of movement experience.
