For one night only, you can cook alongside Alessandra Mariotti from your own kitchen!

Alessandra will focus on in-season, readily available produce and batch cooking for this interactive session. Using only seasonal ingredients, you’ll cook live with Alessandra as she guides you through each recipe step by step, while offering you plenty of tips. You’ll have a lot of fun and create seriously delicious meals at the end of it all. Plus, you’ll be stocked up with healthy, homemade dishes for the week, saving you time after work!

Through this session, you’ll discover how to make healthier and more economical choices in the kitchen. Seasonal produce is tastier, cheaper and more nutritious. It supports the environment, local farming and your health. Alessandra will also teach you the ins and outs of batch cooking for the week ahead - perfect for when you’re short on time to cook or simply not feeling up to it!

This session is open to all levels of expertise, whether you’ve never stepped foot in the kitchen or you know your stuff - everyone is welcome! It will not be available to rewatch so you can only join live at the time of the session. Prior to the cookalong, you will receive a shopping list of readily available ingredients to pick up. Alessandra Mariotti

Alessandra Mariotti is the founder of Holistic Dining, a conscious approach to food that delights the senses while nourishing the body and soul.

As a holistic chef, Alessandra believes that what you put into your body is essential in caring for your physical and mental health and ultimately living a happy, balanced life. Her aim is to develop ways to enjoy food while acknowledging diet, intolerances and nutrition.

She is currently based between Tuscany and Mallorca, where she offers healthy culinary services and recipe development.
