Boundaries bootcamp for mindful living
With Johanna Melchiorre
Holistic Life Coach & Mindfulness Coach
Boundaries go beyond learning how to say "no". They are an act of courage, tolerance and openness to ourselves and others. In this workshop, we will dig deep into our potential discomforts and remove layers of conditioning to allow yourself to set your own limits and deal-breakers.
You’ll navigate through different practices such as meditation, journaling prompts and open conversations that will help you to thrive and feel more aligned in your daily life. In doing so, you can reduce mental chatter, self-sabotaging thoughts or social anxiety.
There is no better workshop than practising with like-minded people. This class is designed to initiate discussions within the group, ask questions and actively train your boundaries through a range of varied exercises.
